为了推动玻璃钢管在酸性油气田的安全应用,对输送一般含H2S原料气的蜀南气矿五打线玻璃钢管在服役条件下的性能变化进行了长达14年的跟踪研究,研究了在役玻璃钢管的硬度、玻璃化转变温度、弯曲强度、短时失效压力等性能在低含H2S集输服役环境中随使用时间而衰减的程度以及变化规律。研究表明,由于含H2S腐蚀介质对玻璃钢管的冲蚀,以及材料自然老化的作用,基底树脂的性能有一定退化,但平均数值保留率均在80 以上;从抗拉强度和短时水压失效压力测试结果来看,玻璃钢管抗压强度保持较好,没有下降。通过压力计算,蜀南气矿五打线玻璃钢管在目前的服役条件下仍可继续安全使用。该研究为玻璃钢管在中低压天然气集输中的安全应用提供了宝贵的实践经验和技术支撑。
Fourteen years of follow-upstudy had been carried out for the property change of a fiberglass reinforced pipeline (FRP) transporting feed gas containing H2S.This study focuses on the decaying degree and law of the property change, such as hardness, glass transition temperature, bending strength, bursting pressure, of this FRP with the service time under the this condition.The test results showed that the mechanical properties of base resin of the FRP decline mildly with the service time, but holding retention rate more than 80%.The strength of the FRP maintains good shown as the results of tensile strength and bursting pressure tests with the service time.Also, through the pressure calculation, this FRP pipeline can serve safely under the present transporting condition.This research provides valuable practical experience and technical support for the safe application of FRP pipeline in the gas gathering and transportation of middle and low pressure.
