随着社会的不断发展,埋地管道在油气输送中应用日益广泛,埋地管道在地震等地质灾害中的安全问题受到极大关注。以应变理论为基础,从敷设管道的管沟设计方向来研究如何提高埋地管道的抗震性。利用ANSYS软件建立管沟管土相互作用的三维有限元模型,在地震波作用下,通过应变分析,用有限元方法设计管沟参数(底宽、坡度、土弹性模量),提高管道的抗震性。对不同土壤刚度下管土相互作用模型施加一维和三维考虑相位差的正弦位移里程载荷,对管道进行动力响应分析,得出利于抗震的管沟设计最优方案,使管材能够发挥更大作用,实现安全经济的设计。
With the continous development of society,buried pipelines have been widely used in oil and gas transportation,and their safety in geological disasters such as earthquakes has attracted great attention.Based on strain theory,this paper studies how to improve the seismic resistance of buried pipelines from the trench design.A three-dimensional finite element model of pipe-soil interaction is established by using ANSYS software.Under the effect of seismic wave,through strain analysis,the parameters of pipe trench(bottom width,slope,soil elastic modulus) are designed by finite element method to improve the seismic resistance of pipeline.Based on the sinusoidal displacement load of pipe-soil interacion model under different soil stiffness,the dynamic response of pipeline is analyzed,and the optimal scheme of pipe trench design is obtained to achieve safe and economical design.
