为保障国家能源安全,以及深海低温水域油气资源开采顺利进行。有必要加快海底混输管道多相流结蜡技术研究,建设可真正模拟现场生产环境的油气多相混输管道。通过对蜡沉积机理和模型的分析,以及对世界范围内的典型混输管道多相蜡沉积装置的总结,阐述现有的海底多相流混输实验装置对于管道结蜡研究的不足之处,并对现有蜡沉积厚度测量方法进行了介绍。对建设陆上高压、大口径管道模拟真实深水生产系统,指导深水生产系统工程设计和生产运行具有重要价值。
In order to ensure national energy security, the exploitation of oil and gas resources in deep sea waters in China has proceeded smoothly.It is necessary to accelerate the research on multiphase flow waxing technology in submarine mixed pipelines, and to construct oil and gas multiphase mixed pipelines that can simulate the on-site production environment.Through the analysis of wax deposition mechanism and model, and the summary of typical multi-phase wax deposition equipment for mixed pipelines around the world, the shortcomings of existing seabed multiphase flow mixing equipment for pipeline waxing research are reported.It is clear that the construction of onshore high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines simulates real deep-water production systems, and guides the important value of engineering design and production operation of deep-water production systems. The existing wax deposition thickness is briefly introduced.
