- 摘要:
为提高模块化装置设计质量,从建设模式选择、模块化方案设计、装置详细设计以及优化设计四个阶段对受运输限制的陆上天然气模块化装置设计进行了分析。围绕装置模块化建设的可实施性和经济性,描述了各设计阶段的主要内容和重要影响因素。针对陆上天然气模块化装置,在方案设计、详细设计和优化设计方面给出了部分推荐做法。有利于模块化建设HSE、质量、进度和成本的管理与控制。
For improving the design quality, design of onshore natural gas facility modules which is confined by road transportation is analyzed from four design phases in this paper, including development selection, conceptual design, detailed design and optimizing design.Main content and critical factors of each design phase centering on feasibility and economic performance of modularization are presented.Some recommended practices for conceptual design, detailed design and optimizing design are given regarding design of modularized onshore natural gas facility.
