浅层地热能是一种分布广泛、开采容易、具有一定可再生能力的低焓能源,在我国已得到了广泛使用。大力开发使用浅层地热能对于节能减排、改善环境、降低供冷/供热成本意义重大,利国利民。余热回收系统是一种利用人工再生水源(工业废水、地热尾水)供热或制冷的高效节能系统。胜利油田河口采油厂首站有丰富的地下水资源,水温较高。根据对采油厂可回收余热的调查分析,引进了余热利用的离心高温蓄能热泵,辅助现有的燃气锅炉,每年可节约资金17万元。余热回收系统的运用大大降低了矿物能源的使用,节能环保且经济效益显著,可在各类联合站处理装置中推广应用。
Shallow geothermal energy is a kind of low enthalpy energy with wide distribution, easy exploitation and renewable ability, which has been widely used in China.Developing and using shallow geothermal energy is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction, improving the environment, reducing the cost of cooling and heating, and benefiting the country and the people.Water source heat pump chiller and water heater is an efficient energy-saving system which can provide heat and refrigeration by using artificial reclaimed water sources (industrial wastewater, geothermal tail water).The initial station of Hekou oil production plant in Shengli oilfield has abundant groundwater resources with higher water temperature.Based on the investigation and analysis of recoverable waste heat in oil production plants,a water source heat pump device for waste heat utilization is introduced to work with the existing gas heating furnaces, which saves 170,000 yuan annually.The application of waste heat utilization technology greatly reduces the use of mineral energy, saves energy, protects the environment and has remarkable economic benefits as well. It can be promoted and applied in all kinds of treatment devices of joint station.
