随着国家经济稳步提升,能源需求持续增长,天然气分布式能源项目投资力度不断加大。受油价波动对气源价格的冲击、实体经济复苏、行业政策执行力度不足以及投资运营的复杂性等因素的影响,中国天然气分布式能源项目的开展面临着诸多挑战。根据中国天然气分布式能源项目发展的投资模式和运维模式,运用风险管理研究方法,识别风险因素,建立天然气分布式能源项目投资风险规范性评价指标模型。针对天然气分布式能源投资存在的风险因素,提出投资风险防范措施及相关建议,实现风险控制,为项目投资决策研究提供参考。

With the steady rise of the national economy, energy demand continues to grow and the investment for natural gas distributed energy projects is also increasing.Affected by the impact of oil price fluctuations on gas prices, the recovery of real economic, the insufficient enforcement of industry policy and the complexity of investment operations,the development of natural gas domestic distributed energy projects still faces many uncertain risks.According to the investment models and operation models with the development of natural gas domestic distributed energy, the research methods of risk management are used to identify the risk types and factors and establish the normative evaluation index model of natural gas domestic distributed energy investment risk.According to the existing risks of distributed energy investment, the investment risk prevention measures and suggestions are proposed for risk control and to provide reference for project investment decision-making.
