经过近十年的勘探开发,延安气田进入了快速上产阶段。为了探寻合适的地面集输工艺,基于延安气田分阶段分区块对多种集输工艺的试验情况,分析了高、中、低压集输工艺以及橇装LNG集输工艺的特点,并对试验过程中存在的单井计量无法满足要求,注醇不合理,管线积液严重,泡沫排水影响下游生产,信息化、标准化、数字化程度低等问题,展开了技术革新和研究,最终形成了“以中压集输为主,低压集输和橇装LNG集输相辅”的地面集输工艺技术,极大地提高适应性和经济性,推动地面工程向着标准化、模块化、信息化、安全化、环保化的方向发展。
After nearly a decade of exploration and development, Yan'an gas field has entered the stage of rapid production.Gathering and transportation technology has evolved from the high-pressure to the “most are medium-pressure, other are low-pressure or skid-mounted LNG”.However, a number of problems were also exposed during the on-site production process.Firstly, dynamic analysis and management of gas well production cannot be satisfied by single wells wet metering.Secondly, the amount of methanol injection is large and the distribution of injection is unreasonable.Thirdly, severe fluid accumulation often occurs in pipelines.Fourthly, foam drainage process affects the normal production of downstream equipment.Fifthly, the degree of wellhead informatization, station standardization and digitization of production is low. A series of technical innovations and researches has been carried out on site.The construction of standardization, modularization, informatization, safety and environmental protection has been promoted by means of transforming pipelines, adding equipment, formulating regulations, applying new technologies and introducing new achievements.
