为确定澳大利亚天然气输送管道并行敷设间距,通过分析中国规范与澳大利亚 AS 2885.1 《石油天然气管道设计与施工》标准,建立DNV PHAST计算管道完全爆炸模型和AS 2885.1公式计算瞬间击穿管道模型,对澳大利亚天然气输送管道并行敷设工况进行模拟。模拟结果可知,AS 2885.1公式计算结果与中国规范规定数值接近,DNV PHAST完全破损工况为数值最恶劣工况,即管道并行敷设的安全间距要求最大。以得出的两组数据的最大值作为澳大利亚天然气输送管道并行敷设间距。此天然气输送管道并行敷设间距的确定方法可供类似工程借鉴。
The methods for determining parallel pipeline spacing are introduced and analyzed in this paper based on domestic standards and Australia standards.TheFull Boremodel is calculated by DNV PHAST and the Puncture Energy Release Rates model is calculated by AS 2885.1 formula.The working conditions for parallel oil & gas pipeline in Australia are simulated. It is concluded that the results based on AS 2885.1 are close to the national standard.But the results based on DNV PHAST for Full Bore model are the worst.It requests more space for parallel pipeline.The maximum of two sets of data are used for parallel spacing of oil & gas pipeline in Australia. The methods can provide reference for similar projects.
