传统的LNG工程建设主要依靠现场施工,工期长,成本高,质量可控性低,安全风险大,重复利用率低。LNG工程模块化建设的推广和应用,能降低其受天气、资源等诸多因素的影响和制约。某LNG工程将设计理念从常规设计向模块化建造进行了延伸,从效率、安全、质量、采购、运输、仓储等方面提供“橇装化建站、模块化建厂”的新建设模式。该模式一方面充分发挥了模块化建设在安全、质量、工期和费用等方面的优势,另一方面使得设计的大部分问题在建造厂得到解决。模块化建设是常规设计的延伸和升华,如果没有设计人员的流程再造、手段更新、标准元件库和知识库的建立和应用,就难以实现规模化的工厂预制;如果没有管理人员的管理创新、管理精细化,就难以实现模块化建设模式的跨越式发展。模块化设计、建造在LNG项目中的成功应用,为LNG工程建设开辟了一条新道路。

Traditional LNG engineering construction mainly relies on site construction, with long construction duration, high cost, low quality controllability, high safety risks and low reuse rate.The promotion and application of LNG modular fabrication can reduce the influence and restriction by weather, resources and other factors.A LNG project extends the design concept from conventional design to modular fabrication, and provides a new construction mode of skid-mounted station and modular plant from the aspect of efficiency, safety, quality, procurement, transportation and storage.On the one hand, this model gives full play to the safety, quality, duration and cost advantages of modular fabrication,on the other hand, it makes most of the design issues solved in the construction plant.Modular fabrication is the extension and updating of conventional design.Without process reengineering, method updating, establishment and application of standard component library and knowledge base of designers, it is difficult to realize large-scale factory prefabrication.Without management innovation and refinement of managers, it is difficult to realize the leap-forward development of modular fabrication.The successful application of modularization in LNG engineering construction opens up a new path for LNG engineering construction.
