海洋平台浮托组块重量转移是组块施工过程中一个非常关键的环节,在陆地建造与拖拉装船中起到承上启下的作用,施工风险及难度均较高,重量转移工作能否顺利按时完成,直接关系到组块出海时间。重量转移实施工期与采用的设备、天气情况、施工准备情况等诸多因素有关,针对采用高位建造的大型组块陆地重量转移的方法和步骤进行研究,并以已建造完工的东方13-2 CEPB组块为例,对重量转移实施计划和实际执行进行对比分析,得到一种重量转移工期定量评估方法,具有一定的推广价值。
Weight transfer operation is a very critical process in floating topside onshore construction, which takes a connecting link between onshore construction and load-out. The risks and difficulties are relatively high. Whether the weight transfer operation can be completed smoothly and on time is directly related to the topside sailing time. The implementation period of weight transfer is related to the equipment, weather conditions, construction preparation and other factors. This article take the DF 13 - 2 CEPB topside as an example, research has been conducted on the method and procedures for high position fabrication large topside onshore weight transfer, and on the comparison between the plan and actual duration. At last, a quantitative evaluation method for weight transfer duration has been obtained, which embraced values for promotion.
