某乙烷回收厂生产的76×104 t/a乙烷产品通过新建125 km管道输送至下游乙烯厂,用于生产乙烯。乙烷产品可通过气相、液相、超临界三种相态进行输送,利用OLGA软件对不同相态的乙烷正常工况及异常工况输送过程中出现的气液混输、管线泄漏等问题进行研究。通过对比乙烷管道沿线压力、温度、持液率、气液流速等工况参数,分析了不同相态乙烷正常工况输送的压力温度要求和异常工况输送下的安全风险。研究表明,气相乙烷输送压力温度更适合某油田乙烷管道输送,运行风险相对较小,对项目设计起到指导作用。
The 0.76 million tons ethane produced by certain ethane recovery plant is transported to the downstream ethylene plant by 125 km new pipeline The ethane can be transported by three phases: gas, liquid, supercritical. In the paper, software OLGA was used to study the normal transportation condition and abnormal transportation condition about gas-liquid and leakage of the ethane pipeline. The pressure and temperature of normal transportation condition, safety risk of abnormal transportation condition in different ethane phase are analyzed by comparing the pipeline parameters of of pressure, temperature, liquid holdup, velocity of gas and liquid. The study indicates that the ethane pipeline of certain oilfield adapts to gas transportation, which has lower operational risk and provides guidance for project engineering design.
