在生产实践中,有时工艺条件的改变会造成分馏塔在正常设计负荷之外运行,使装置在安全生产及产品质量管理等方面出现问题。针对雅克拉集气站分馏塔超负荷运行时的情况,通过对问题产生原因、危害、塔负荷性能曲线等方面综合分析,从分馏塔进料量、回流量、塔压、塔顶温度、塔底温度等方面着手,采取措施对分馏塔运行参数进行综合控制调整,有效保证产品质量达到质量标准要求,保障了分馏塔安全平稳运行。该研究对板式塔超负荷运行时的参数控制有一定借鉴意义。
In production, sometimes the fractionating column runs outside the normal design load due to the change of process conditions, which causes problems in production safety and product quality management. Based on the overload situation of Yakela fractionating column, through the analysis on the cause of the problem, hazard, load performance curve, etc, measures are taken from the fractionating column feed rate, back flow, pressure, overhead temperature and bottom temperature and other aspects for integrated control and parameters adjustment, which effectively ensures the quality of products and meets the quality standard, and ensures the safety of the fractionating column. The study provides reference for the control of parameters during overload operation of column.
