随着西气东输一线、二线球阀运行时间增加，现场内漏球阀数量日益增加，已严重影响了生产现场的维护、维修，开展在线球阀内漏治理工作势在必行。通过分析球阀常见内漏原因,提出了一种标准化球阀内漏测试及治理方法,该方法在西气东输工程进行了数百次实验验证,取得了较好的堵漏效果,可以完成多数内漏球阀在线内漏故障处理,使其临时满足现场设备设施维检修隔离截断需要,降低现场大口径球阀更换成本,减少天然气放空量,降低放空安全隐患,为现场设备维检修提供了可靠保障。该研究可为球阀在线堵漏提供技术借鉴。

With the increased operation duration of ball values in west-to-east line one and line two, a growing number of ball values are suffering inner leakage on site, which affects the site maintenance and requires an immediate remedial work for inner leakage of ball value. Based on the analysis of the internal leakage of ball values, a standardized internal leakage test and treatment method of ball values is proposed, which has been verified by hundreds of experiments in the West-to-East Pipeline project, and has achieved good leaking stoppage effect. It can complete the online internal leakage fault treatment of most ball values with internal leakage, temporarily meet the needs of on-site equipment and facilities maintenance, isolation and cut-off, and reduce the cost of the replacement of larger diameter ball values on site, reduce the venting volume of natural gas and its potential safety hazard, providing reliable guarantee for maintenance and repair of on-site equipment. This study can provide technical reference for the om-line stoppage of ball value.
