为探究LNG工厂短期停产前提下的高效开工复产方案,以某LNG工厂2018年实际生产情况为研究对象,重点针对异常工况下的抢修、正常停产检修、上游原料气波动和下游销售吃紧等问题导致的LNG工厂随时性启/停机,做间歇过程(开工复产)微观阶段研究。研究得出:运用常规开工复产方案,全厂从完全停产的冷态保运状态到开工复产至正常出液状态需耗时23 d,无法满足新常态下随时性启/停机要求,不具备市场竞争力。针对短期停机前提下制定的前一阶段停产热备细则与后一阶段紧凑性开工复产方案能在72 h内安全稳定地恢复生产,且节能效果显著。但技术人员过于疲惫可能出现因启机过程不连贯和关键检查项目缺失造成的启动后延伸性问题,所以现场工作中应注重合理配给人力资源。该研究可为LNG工厂等流程工业设备开工复产阶段的生产提供借鉴。
In order to explore the efficient restarting scheme of LNG plant under the premise of short-term shutdown, based on the actual production of a certain LNG plant in 2018, the reasons for the production suspension induced by various factors are introduced, focusing on the micro-phase study of intermittent process ( resumption of production ) in the case of emergency repair under abnormal working conditions, normal production suspension and maintenance, fluctuation of raw material gas in the upstream and tight sales in the downstream. According to the research results, it takes 23 days for the whole plant to resume production from the cold state maintenance and transportation of complete shutdown to the normal discharge, which cannot meet the requirements of starting and stopping at any time under the new normal condition. Therefore, it is nor competitive in the market. Under the premise of short-term shutdown, the production can be resumed in a safe and stable manner within 72 h with significant energy saving effect according to the regulations on the thermal preparation for shutdown in the previous stage and the compact start and restart plan in the later stage. However, if technicians are too tired, there would be problems of post-startup extension caused by inconsistent start-up process and lack of key inspection items. Therefore, reasonable human resource allocation should be paid attention to in the field work, and the study provides reference for the starting and resuming of process equipments in LNG plant.
