- 摘要:
为监测罐底外壁阴极保护效果,建设期在罐底基础砂垫层内埋设长效参比电极(Cu/CuSO4),由于长效参比电极(Cu/CuSO4)的寿命最长10 a,而罐底阴极保护设计寿命至少30 a,参比电极失效后不能更换,无法对罐底保护电位进行检测。另外,控制用参比电极一旦失效,恒电位仪无法收到控制参比电极反馈的电位信号,无法自动调节电流输出,阴极保护系统将不能正常运行。因此,在储罐基础中预埋参比电极通道,使参比电极可以在储罐基础内测得储罐罐底电位值十分必要。
For Monitoring the effect of cathodic protection on the tank bottom, the long-term reference electrode ( Cu / CuSO4) was laid in the sand seam of tank bottom foundation during the construction. Because the longest life of the long-term reference electrode ( Cu / CuSO4) is 10 a, and the design life of the cathodic protection of tank bottom is at least 30 a. If the reference electrode fails, it cannot be replaced and the protection potential cannot be detected. On the other hand, if the reference electrode fails, the transformer cannot receive the potential signal feedback from the reference electrode so that the transformer should not automatically adjust the output current. So the cathodic protection system cannot operate normally. Therefore, it is necessary to embed reference electrode channel in the tank bottom so that the reference electrode can measure the potential value in the tank bottom.
