大力开采天然气是防止大气污染而采取的重要手段,但是酸性气田开采过程中的地层水由于含有高浓度硫化物,一直是污水处理过程中的重要难题。利用臭氧氧化法处理模拟含硫污水,研究了臭氧产量、溶液温度、溶液pH值、管道反应器对含硫污水中硫离子(S2-)去除效果的影响。实验表明,臭氧是处理含硫污水的有效手段,提高处理含硫污水的臭氧产量可以提高S2-去除率,降低溶液的pH值至中性、升高反应温度、增加管道反应器长度都可以提高臭氧利用率及S2-去除率。使用较为经济的臭氧产量30 g/h,管道反应器长度设置为280 cm,50 min时臭氧对含硫污水中S2-的去除率即可达到98.65%,表明该法可有效去除污水中的S2-。
There is a great demand of natural gas from the Chinese society against the air pollution. However, the formation water from sour gas field is a big challenge for the wastewater treatment unit because it contains high concentration of sulfide. The ozonation process has been used for treating sulfide wastewater. The influence of ozone output, liquor temperature, PH and pipeline reactor on sulfion removing effect have been studied. The results show that ozone is an effective method for wastewater treatment, and increasing the output of ozone could enhance sulfion removing rate; reducing the PH level to neutral, increasing liquor temperature and increasing pipeline reactor length can enhance the utilization of ozone and sulfion removing rate, as well. When the ozone output is set to 30 g/h, the length of pipeline reactor set to 280 cm, the removing rate of sulfion could reach 98.65% after 50 minutes.
