根据力调电费计收办法,以某长输管道三座电驱压气站为例,分析各站力调电费实际缴纳情况及产生原因;基于关口计量点实际抄表数据,分析不同负载情况下的功率因数。借鉴相关项目经验,预测维持功率因数不低于0.90的各种负荷及电费情况,估算避免力调电费的平衡点。结合输气工艺分析,确定压缩机起机方案或者设置专用无功补偿装置,最后提出暂停110 kV电源并采用10 kV作为临时电源的建议。相关分析方法为其他管道工程电驱压气站的无功平衡研究与应用提供了可行的工程方法。
According to power factor regulating tariff charging method, and taking three motor-compressor stations of a gas pipeline as an example, the practices and reasons of power factor regulating tariff for each station are analyzed. In view of metering data at trade settlement point, the power factors on various loads are obtained. Drawing lessons from experiences of other projects, we estimate the active power and cost which can ensure the power factor to maintain at 0.90 and above, without additional power factor regulating tariff. Combined with process analysis, the compressor enablement solution or install reactive power compensation equipment have been defined, and we finally suggest suspending 110 kV and using 10 kV as temporary power solutions. The method provides feasible engineering method for the studies and applications of reactive power balance in other gas pipeline motor-compressor stations.
