目前,在天然气增压过程中对变频电机驱动往复压缩机组存在较大的争议,为了研究往复压缩机在变转速情况下的适应性,从压缩机本体、变频电机、标准规范三个方面,分析了转速变化对压缩机本体、驱动机的影响。分析得出:在满足流量调节的要求下,变转速调节流量是一种被动调节流量方式,同时需要从多方面进行匹配;变转速对压缩机本体及上下游管网要求也较高;变转速对往复压缩机的反向角也存在影响。分析结果可为类似工程选取变频电机驱动往复压缩机的实际应用提供参考。
In view of the controversy over the reciprocating compressor unit driven by variable frequency motor in the process of natural gas supercharging, in order to study the adaptability of reciprocating compressor to variable speed, the influence of speed change on compressor body and driver are analyzed in this paper from three aspects, including compressor body, variable frequency motor and standard specification. It is concluded that, under the requirement of flow regulation, variable speed regulation is a passive flow regulation mode, which needs to be matched from many aspects. Variable speed also has a higher requirement on the compressor body and upstream and downstream pipeline network. Variable speed also has an impact on the reverse angle of reciprocating compressor. The result can provide reference for the practical application of similar projects.
