随着非常规天然气的开发,高密度聚乙烯管道应用于煤层气,其穿越公路的稳定性越来越受到重视。目前,中国还没有关于天然气项目中高密度聚乙烯管道稳定性计算的相关标准规范,为此对标中国标准GB 50332-2002《给排水管道结构设计规范》和澳大利亚标准AS 2566.1《埋地柔性管设计》,并结合实际工程对高密度聚乙烯管道穿越道路稳定性进行对比计算分析,得出中国标准GB 50332-2002《给排水管道结构设计规范》中高密度聚乙烯管道稳定性校核计算方法基本与澳大利亚标准AS 2566.1《埋地柔性管设计》一致,澳大利亚校核计算分析参数相较于中国更多,中国埋深要求相对保守。此分析研究可供类似工程参考。
The pipeline stability analysis is receiving increasing attention in natural gas pipeline engineering recently,however there are no relevant standards for HDPE pipeline stability calculation applied to natural gas in China.Through the contrastive analysis with GB 50332-2002 and AS 2566.1, the stability method of Australia natural gas pipeline engineering is applied according to the data of a certain natural gas gathering project in Australia.The result shows that the Chinese GB 50332-2002 Structural Design Code for Pipelines of Water Supply and Waste Water Engineering for HDPE pipe is basically agree with AS 25661 Buried Flexible Pipelines in Australia. But there are more analysis parameters to be considered in Australia.At the same time, the buried depth of pipeline based on domestic standard is more conservative.The Study can provide reference for projects.
