井下气体压缩技术是一种人工举升技术,也是国外最新的天然气增压技术之一,旨在最大限度地提高采收率,延缓气井生产寿命。为对井下气体压缩技术研究现状进行分析,通过对该技术工作原理、关键技术等进行阐述,同时对比Coarc Group公司和Upwing公司的装置结构,得出井下气体压缩装置的设计要点,即采用高速永磁电机驱动压缩模块、气体/磁力轴承技术、井下压缩模块的供电技术等,并对该技术使用效率的影响因素进行探讨,以期国内同行在井下气体压缩机研制及工艺研究中有所借鉴。
Downhole gas compression technology is a kind of artificial lifting technology and one of the latest natural gas pressurization technologies abroad.It aims to maximize recovery and delay the production life of gas wells.In order to analyze the research status of downhole compression technology,through expounding and analyzing the research status,working principle and critical technology of downhle gas compression technology and analyzing the device structures of Coarc Grup and Upwing Company,the key design points of downhole gas compression are obtained,that is, the technology of adopting high-speed permanent magnet motor to drive compression module, gas bearing, power supply technology of downhole compression module, etc.And the influencing factors of the efficiency of the technology are analyzed in order to provide reference for domestic colleagues in the development and process research of downhole gas compressor.
