燃气电厂作为山西省天然气(煤层气)用气结构中最大的用户,其对天然气成分的要求直接影响山西省燃气管网的调度安排。从已运行的燃气电厂调研分析来看,目前已经存在热值不稳定等问题,给燃气电厂的安全运行带来了隐患。结合山西省燃气电厂用气实际情况,对多种燃气混输模式进行分析和计算,得出燃气电厂气源混输可采用陕京线气源单独供气、陕京线气源与煤层气混合供气和煤层气单独供气这三种供气模式,并计算出了各模式所需的掺混比例,为燃气企业气源调度提供借鉴。
As the largest user of Shanxi natural gas (coalbed methane) gas structure, gas power plant's requirements for gas quality directly affect the dispatching of Shanxi gas pipeline network.Moreover, according to the investigation and analysis of the gas-fired power plants in operation, there are some problems such as unstable calorific value and blockage of filter screen, which brings hidden dangers to the operation safety of gas-fired power plants.Combining with the actual situation of gas consumption in Shanxi gas power plant, this paper analyses and calculates various modes of gas mixing, and gives several modes of gas mixing in gas power plant, which can provide reference for gas source dispatching in gas enterprises.
