为解决某大型乙烯装置用裂解气压缩机组在氮气工况开车过程中遇到的低压缸喘振问题,通过多次有针对性的试验验证和问题分析,探寻工艺气压缩机在进行氮气工况运转时的运行特点。同时对于大型离心压缩机组开车过程中的喘振原因进行了分析总结,研究证明,可通过降低压缩机出口管道沿程阻力以及增加防喘振阀旁路的措施解决压缩机喘振的问题。该研究结果可为大型离心压缩机组的氮气工况开车提供思路。
To solve the issue of compressor surge of a large-scale ethylene plant using a cracking gas compressor unit during the nitrogen operating conditions, through several targeted test verifications and analysis,the operating characteristics of process gas compressor with nigtrogen gas were explored. At the same time, the reasons for the surge during the driving process of the large centrifugal compressor unit were analyzed and summarized.The study shows that compressor surge can be well solved by decreasing the resistance along the outlet pipe of comressor and providing extra antisurge valve bupass. And the results provide idea for running the large centrifugal compressor unit with nitrogen gas was proposed.
