针对苏里格气田大位移小井眼定向井钻井过程中存在的携砂困难、电测成功率低、钻头泥包等技术难题,通过优化井身结构、优化剖面、优选钻头及大功率螺杆,采用钻井大数据分析,探索出一套快速钻进技术,成功实现了最大位移 1 440 m、位垂比近0.5小井眼钻井现场施工。该技术的钻井速度比常规井的钻井速度略有提高,米进尺费用比常规井米进尺费用下降12.5%,岩屑减少约48%,生态效益和降本增效成果显著。该技术的成功应用对油田该类井的降本增效具有推广意义。

Aiming at the technical challenges of sand carrying, low success rate of electric logging and bit mud package in directional well drilling of extended reach slim hole in Sulige gas field, a set of radical drilling technology has been found out by optimizing the well structure, section, bit and high-power screw and using large data analysis of drilling.Directional wells with displacement of 1440 meters and displacement vertical ratio of nearly 0.5 have been realized.The drilling speed is slightly higher than that of conventional wells.The cost of footage per meter is 12.5% lower than that of conventional wells, and the cuttings are reduced by about 48%.Extended reach slim wells were developed in Sulige gas field, with remarkable ecological benefits and cost reduction and efficiency increase. It is of great significance for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of this kind of wells.
