Mafitrench公司天然气透平膨胀机在调试运行时,因内部零件严重损坏无法运行,国外公司对维修提出了严苛要求,用户委托川空对其进行国产化维修;在川空膨胀机设计理念的基础上,对原机组的零部件结构及叶轮的三元流道进行了深入分析、比较,最后进行了改造设计;改造后的膨胀机现场运行性能良好,为用户创造了巨大的经济效益;改造后机组的成功运行证明川空的改造设计思路是切实可行的,为国外进口天然气透平膨胀机国产化维修提供了新的思路和方法。

After the internal parts of the Mafi-trench gas expander were badly damaged and became inoperative during the commissioning, the user entrusted Sichuan Air Separation Group for local repairing of the expander, since the foreign company set forth rigorous requirements for repairing.The present study focuses on the in-depth analysis and comparison of the part structures of the unit and the 3-D flow passages of the impeller on the basis of the expander design concept of Sichuan Air Separation Group and finally offers the modification design.The modified expander works well on the site and creates significant economic benefits for the user,which proves that the idea of modification design of Sichuan Air Separation Group is feasible and provides a new idea and method for local repairing of exported LPG expanders.
