为了提升油气站场项目运行的安全性,实现安全生命周期设计的推广与应用,发挥安全仪表系统在项目安全运行中的重要作用,把握安全生命周期执行关键点及难点的意义重大。在油气站场项目严格执行国际标准探索实践的基础上,基于安全生命周期设计严苛的执行过程及多方参与复杂的角色分工,完成了对标国际标准执行项目安全生命周期设计的难点剖析,形成了完成安全生命周期设计过程的关键控制点及对策建议,其关键控制点及关键参数的计算依然是未来项目成功执行安全生命周期设计的重点。
It’s very important to learn the key points and difficulties during the execution of safety life cycle(SLC) aiming at enhancing safe execution of oil and gas pipeline project, realizing the popularization and application of safety life cycle design and releasing the importance of safety instrument system (SIS) to safe project execution.After the exploring and execution of international standards strictly for oil and gas station project and basing on the stringent execution process and complicated roles play with many participants during safety life cycle design, the difficulties analysis comparing to international standards during the execution of safety life cycle have been completed, obtaining key control points and suggestions on execution of safety life cycle design.And the key control points and key parameter will still be the focus of safety life cycle design in the future.
