对于河面宽、水流湍急、喀斯特地貌突出的长输天然气管道沉管穿越施工,技术和安全管理上的要求更苛刻。为了提高喀斯特地质条件下长输天然气管道沉管穿越施工效果,实现安全平稳沉管穿越,在广西天然气管道工程中结合红水河特有的喀斯特地貌和各种因素对施工各阶段的影响,主要从焊接、漂管、沉管、起重作业、设备人员五个方面,全面细致地分析在喀斯特地貌下大型河流沉管穿越施工的安全管控要点,归纳科学的管理措施建议,为类似地质条件的沉管穿越施工和安全管理工作提供一定的参考。
The Hongshui river in Guangxi has a wide river surface, rapid water flow and prominent karst landforms, which imposes stringent requirements on the construction technology and safety management of long-distance gas pipelinein construction of immersed pipeline crossing.In order to improve the construction effect of long-distance gas pipelinein construction of immersed pipeline crossing under karst landform and achieve the construction of immersed pipeline crossing safely and smoothly,Guangxi natural gas pipeline project combines the unique of karst topography in Hongshui river and the influence of various factors on various stages of construction,the project gets a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the key points of safety control,proposes more scientific management measures,and does a good job of safety control over the entire process of construction of immersed pipeline.Combining with its construction management experience, this paper mainly analyzes five aspects of welding, drifting pipe, immersed pipe, lifting operation and equipment personnel, summarizes the key points of safety control in construction of immersed pipeline crossing large river in karst landform conditions, and summarizes scientific management measures. It provides a reference for the construction and safety management of immersed pipes with similar geological conditions.
