能耗成本在管输运营企业现金成本中占比达30%以上,且随着国家环保和碳排放管控力度的不断加大,能耗成本成为管输运营企业降本增效关键之一。通常管输运营方案优化,仅考虑热力与电力消耗量不同,以某长距离保温管线为例,从整体能耗成本角度出发,充分考虑近年来油气市场大幅波动以及国家用电政策深化改革对管输热力和动力成本的影响,分析最佳节能运行工况与能耗成本最低运行工况的差异,并结合当下燃油、燃气和电力市场情况,进一步挖掘管输能耗成本优化空间。分析结果表明,节能运行工况与能耗成本最低运行工况存在较大差异,通过实施油气换烧以及研究国家电改政策优化电费结算方式可大幅降低管输能耗成本。该研究结果对热油管线降低运行成本和提升经济效益具有实际指导意义。
The energy consumption cost usually accounts for 30% of the oil pipeline operational costs.And with the increasing efforts of national environmental protection and carbon emission control, energy consumption cost has become one of the key points of reducing cost and increasing enterprise benefit.Conventional optimization only considers the optimization of thermal and power consumption,and both of them are considered independently.Considering the significant changes in the oil and gas market and the national electrical reform policy in recent years,if the thermal and power consumption are converted into cost, the optimal operating conditions of energy consumption and cost will be different.Taking a long-distance insulation pipeline as an example, the differences between the optimum energy-saving operation condition and the lowest energy consumption cost operator are cleared,and the potential optimization space of energy consumption cost is tapped out.The results show that there is a big difference between the energy-saving operation mode and the lowest operation mode of energy-consuming cost.The energy-consuming cost can be effectively reduced by implementing oil and gas burning conversion and reasonable choosing electricity bill settlement method.This study provides guidance for reducing operation cost and improving economic benefit of hot oil pipeline.
