页岩气井大规模压裂返排液总量较大、成分复杂,处理成本高且易造成污染,需循环使用。研究压裂返排液中主要离子对滑溜水压裂液性能的影响,实验发现Ca2+、Mg2+等高价阳离子对液体性能的影响大于低价阳离子,阴离子中Cl-的影响最大,是水处理的主要目标离子。通过针对性处理降低部分特定离子浓度,处理后的返排液实现二次配液使用,且配制的液体性能完全满足施工要求。使用以上技术在四川威远页岩气开发平台处理返排液并全部配制成滑溜水压裂液,液体性能稳定,现场计算平均减阻率达到78.5%。
In shale gas fracturing, the amount of flow-back fluid is large and its content is complex.In this paper, the effects of the ions and cations of the flow-back fluid on the slippery water are investigated,and the result demonstrates that the concentration of calcium cation and chloride ion shall be reduced.After specifically treated, the flow-back fluid is used to prepare slippery water, and the results are reasonable.The technology is used to treat the flow-back fluid and all the fracturing fluid is made up of slippery water in Weiyuan Shale Gas Development Platform,Sichuan Province. The liquid performance is stable, and the average drag reduction rate calculated on site is 78.5 %.
