天然气高质量发展指标体系对推动中国天然气发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。目前,国内外关于天然气高质量发展的研究很少，仅有的研究多侧重于理论层面的探讨,指标选取也存在一定的局限性,难以有效衡量天然气高质量发展的状态和水平,2018年中央经济工作会议明确提出,必须加快形成推动高质量发展的指标体系。在全面剖析天然气发展现状、面临机遇、存在问题等基础上,系统性地研究并构建天然气高质量发展指标体系,既着力解决当前问题又注重长效机制,理论与实践同步推进,有助于指挥、引导全国天然气的高质量发展。

The index system of high-quality development of natural gas has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the development of natural gas in China.At present, there are few researches on high-quality development of natural gas at home and abroad,few researches focus on theoretical level, and index selection also has certain limitations,and it is difficult to effectively measure the state and level of high-quality development.In 2018, the economic work conference clearly pointed out that it was necessary to accelerate the formation of the index system to promote high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the current situation, opportunities and existing issues of natural gas development, this paper systematically studies and constructs a high-quality development index system of natural gas,focusing on both the current problems and the long-term mechanism.The theory and practice are pressing ahead at the same step, which provides a guiding role for the high-quality development of natural gas in China.
