某联合站闪蒸气压缩机故障停机频发,压缩缸、气阀等配件磨损严重,使用寿命低。主要原因是闪蒸气中存在大量固液杂质及重烃组分,压缩机入口分离器无法有效处理,导致压缩缸等主要配件异常磨损。为此,对分离器分离能力和闪蒸气压缩机二、三级增压入口工艺流程进行改造,实现对固液杂质及重烃组分的有效分离。改造后,闪蒸气压缩机故障率下降95%,压缩缸、气阀等配件异常磨损得到有效遏制,使用寿命增加,减少天然气放空量,节约设备维修成本。此改造技术可供类似工况参考。
The flash gas compressor of the certain combined station in Tazhong has frequent failures, and the accessories such as compression cylinders and gas valves are seriously worn and have a low service life.The main reason is that there are a lot of solid-liquid impurities and heavy hydrocarbon components in the flash gas,which cannot be handled by the inlet separator of the compressor effectively, resulting in abnormal wear of the main accessories such as the compression cylinder.The effective separation of solid-liquid impurities and heavy hydrocarbon components is achieved by improving the separation capacity of the separator and optimizing the process flow of the second and third stage pressurized inlet of the flash gas compressor. The failure rate of flash gas compressors has been reduced by 95% andthe abnormal wear of compression cylinders, gas valves and other accessories has been effectively restrained.The service life is increasedand the natural gas discharge volume is reduced as well, and the equipment maintenance cost is saved. This technology can provide reference for similar conditions.
