为了提升克劳斯硫回收装置对于处理低H2S浓度酸气的适应性,主燃烧炉采用富氧空气燃烧成为提高炉温、提升酸气火焰稳定性的有效措施。为深入了解富氧燃烧效果、研究富氧燃烧工艺路线及不同富氧浓度对主燃烧炉温度的影响,借助富氧燃烧测试平台开展现场试验,确立不同工况下富氧燃烧的工艺路线,系统研究不同富氧浓度对提升主燃烧炉温度的作用。此外,还对比分析了其它提升主燃烧炉温度的方法。通过富氧燃烧工艺及其他提升主燃烧炉温度方法的对比分析,得出最优的富氧燃烧工艺路线,并推荐了提升克劳斯硫回收装置主燃烧炉温度的方法原则,为工业化应用提供支持。
In order to improve the adaptability of Claus sulfur recovery unit for the treatment of acid gas with low H2S concentration,oxygen enriched air combustion in the main combustion furnace has become an effective measure to improve the furnace temperature and the flame stability of acid gas.In order to further understand the effect of oxygen enriched combustion, study the process of oxygen enriched combustion and the influence of different concentration of oxygen enriched air on combustion temperature,this paper carries out field test with the aid of oxygen enriched combustion test platform,establishes the process of oxygen enriched combustion under different working conditions,and systematically studies the effect of different concentration of oxygen enriched air on improving the temperature of main combustion furnace.In addition, other methods to raise the temperature of the main combustion furnace are compared and analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the oxygen enriched combustion process and other methods to raise the temperature of the main combustion furnace,the optimal oxygen enriched combustion process is obtained,and the method principle to raise the temperature of the main combustion furnace of Claus sulfur recovery unit is recommendedto provide support for industrial application.
