目前塔里木油田低含硫量天然气的脱硫均采用羟基氧化铁固体脱硫剂,为降低成本,加强环境保护,研究了环保型三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在塔里木油田的实用性。根据运行成本分析可知,三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在处理H2S含量小于 3 000×10-6 的天然气时具备经济效益,处理更高H2S含量天然气时不具备经济效益，但具备环保效益。三嗪水溶液脱硫剂比常用的羟基氧化铁脱硫剂的运行成本低5.26%,比NaHCO3溶液操作简单、安全环保、处理成本低,适用于含硫试采井天然气脱硫和密闭装车装置中逸散油气脱硫。随着含硫试采井的数量增加,环保型三嗪水溶液脱硫剂在塔里木油田有着广阔的应用前景。

At present, the desulfurization of low sulfur natural gas in Tarim oilfield adopts hydroxyl iron oxide desulfurizer.In this paper, the practicability of environmentally friendly triazine aqueous desulfurizer in Tarim oilfield was studiedand the aim of reducing desulfurization cost and environmental protection is achieved.According to operation cost analysis, triazine aqueous desulfurizer is economical in treating natural gas with H2S content less than 3000ppm,and natural gas treatment with higher H2S content is feasible under environmental protection requirement.The operating cost of triazine aqueous desulfurizer is 5.26% lower than that of the conventional hydroxyl iron oxide desulfurizer.Compared with NaHCO3solution,triazine aqueous desulfurizer has the advantages of simple operation, safety and environmental protection, and low treatment cost, and is suitable for desulphurization of natural gas in test wells containing sulfur and desulphurization of loose gas in airtight loading units.With the increase of sulfur test wells, environmentally friendly triazine aqueous desulfurizer has broad application prospect in Tarim oilfield.
