为提高水力机械井眼净化装置的效率,通过数值仿真计算方法,基于计算流体动力学理论建立不同类型岩屑床清除工具的数值计算模型,研究了螺旋槽道形状以及螺旋叶片结构参数对岩屑床清除工具作用效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:双段螺旋型槽道形状的岩屑床清除工具性能较优,适当增大第二段螺旋槽道的长度同时减小螺旋叶片的螺距可以提升其性能。通过逐步优化设计及优选相关结构参数实现提高岩屑床清除工具性能的目的,为岩屑床清除工具的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
In order to improve the efficiency of wellbore purification devices for hydraulic machinery, a numerical calculation model for different types of cuttings bed remover tools is established based on computational fluid dynamics theory.The numerical simulation calculation method is used to study the influence of spiral channel shape and spiral blade structure parameters on the effect of cuttings removal tool.The results show that the cuttings bed removal tool with a double-segment spiral channel shape has better performance.Properly increasing the length of the second spiral channel while reducing the pitch of the spiral blade can improve its performance.By gradually optimizing the design and optimizing the relevant structural parameters, the purpose of improving the performance of the cuttings bed removal tool is achieved,and a certain theoretical basis is provided for the optimal design of the cuttings bed removal tool.
