中国西南地区地质、地貌和水文条件复杂,滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害十分活跃,油气管道安全管控、运行管控难度大,智能化建设需求迫切。以山地油气管道数据全面感知、数据互联互通、数据标准统一、人机混合决策、闭环智能控制为建设目标,在调研总结国外先进的管道智能建设架构的基础上,提出山地管道智能化建设内涵,构建包含纵向五层体系、横向三大系统的山地管道智能化建设架构。依托该架构,提出山地管道智能化建设五步法,指导山地管道智能化建设与运行。
The geological, geomorphological, and hydrological conditions in southwest China are complex.Geological hazards such as landslides, collapse and debris flows are very active.It is difficult to control and operate oil and gas pipelines, and smart construction is in urgent need.With the comprehensive perception of mountain oil and gas pipeline data, data interconnection and interoperability, unified data standards, mixed human-machine decision-making, and closed-loop intelligent control as the goals,based on the research and summary of the smart pipeline construction framework of foreign advanced pipeline companies, this paper proposes the connotation of smart construction and build an intelligent construction framework for mountain oil and gas pipelines including vertical five-layer system and three horizontal systems.With this framework, a five-step method for smart construction of mountain oil and gas pipelines is proposed to guide the smart construction and operation of mountain oil and gas pipelines.
