含硫气田水罐内闪蒸气主要组成为可燃气体,因其特殊作业过程,罐内气相空间存在形成混合爆炸气体的可能。结合生产过程的分析和混合气体爆炸极限的相关理论,建立了适合罐内混合气体爆炸浓度的变化模型和计算方法,通过具体实例的计算预测,展示了含硫气田水罐爆炸可能性及控制方式。研究结果表明:当前含硫气田水罐转水过程中存在爆炸形成的可能条件,爆炸极限可根据含惰性气体的混合可燃气进行计算;应明确在液位下降过程中可燃气体浓度是否会在爆炸极限范围内,建议维持含硫气田水罐转水时的微正压,并在呼吸管上设置阻火器,做好防静电接地,优先采用非金属管道和设备等方式降低爆炸风险。
Due to the main composition of flammable gas in the tank of the sour gas field, the gas phase space in the tank is possible to form a mixed explosive gas in its special operation process.Therefore, the condition of combustible gas explosion in the tank is studied to prevent combustible gas.Gas explosion is of great significance.Based on the analysis of the production process and the related theory of the explosion limit of mixed gas,a suitable model and calculation method for the variation of gas explosion concentration in the tank is set up.The possibility of explosion and the way to avoid the explosion in the sour gas field are demonstrated through the calculation and prediction of examples.Under the current working mode, there are possible conditions for explosion formation in the process of water transfer from sour gas field water tank.The explosion limit can be calculated according to the mixture of inert gas and combustible gas.It is suggested that micro-positive pressure should be maintained in the tank, fire arresters be installed in the breathing tube, antistatic grounding be provided, at the same time, non-metallic pipes and equipment should be given priority to reduce the explosion risk.
