中俄原油管道国内段(简称漠大原油管道)为“双线双模式”运行方式,为了有效解决双线的运行输量和生产能耗匹配问题,实现管道节能降耗目的,基于SCADA系统大数据进行分析统计研究。分析统计研究包括油温、压力、小时输量、泵机组小时耗电量、油品物性、库存等数据,通过对生产数据的深度分析挖掘,结合管道运行输量台阶和境外来油量变化等,总结出双线摩阻随油温的变化规律、非泵机组耗电量变化规律、泵机组综合效率等,提出双线清管的合理化建议,优化了双线运行输量,提出双线运行输量台阶,有效缓解了管道的运行压力,大幅降低了管道的运行能耗,为漠大原油管道优化运行提供可靠的依据和技术支持。
The Mohe-Daqing crude oil pipeline, operating in "Dual-Line & Dual-Mode" is built to solve the matching issue between pipeline throughput and energy consumption and realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.The statistical analysis based on SCADA system data was carried out, including oil temperature, pressure, hourly flowrate, hourly pump power consumption, oil property, inventory and other data.Through the analysis on operation data and combing the pipeline running capacity steps and the changes in the amount of oil coming from abroad, the changing law for the dual-line friction with oil temperature, the changing law for the power consumption of the non-pump unit, and the overall efficiency of the pump unit are summarized.The rational proposals for the dual-line pigging is proposed and the dual-line throughput is matched appropriately with a given output by step.The above efforts effectively alleviate the operation pressure, lower the energy consumption and provide reliable basis and technical support for the optimal operation of Mohe-Daqing crude oil pipeline.
