注气压缩机是地下储气库的核心设备,合理确定注气规模,进而确定注气压缩机数量及类型是注气系统设计的关键。结合国内已建地下储气库设计、运行经验,确定调峰型地下储气库注气规模;在总结国内储气库注气压缩机选型现状的基础上,结合国外储气库注气压缩机选型配置情况,对离心式压缩机在储气库中应用的可行性进行了初探,并针对不同规模储气库注气压缩机配置选型提出了建议,为储气库注气系统设计提供参考借鉴。
Gas injection compressor is the core equipment for underground gas storage. Appropriately identifying the gas injection capacity and the number and type of gas injection compressor is the key for the design of gas injection system.Based on the design and operation experience of existing underground gas storage in China, the principle for determining the gas injection capacity of peak-shaving underground gas storage is proposed.Based on the model selection of gas injection compressor for domestic gas storage and combining the compressor configuration in foreign gas storage, a preliminary study has been performed for the feasibility of the application of the centrifugal compressor in gas storage.Finally, suggestions have been made for the model selection and configuration of gas injection compressor of gas storages with different capacities, which is a valuable reference for the design of gas storage injection system.
