沉管技术在输气管道施工应用中已越来越普遍。广西输气管道工程中,九洲江、郁江和红水河穿越工程根据现场踏勘均采用沉管技术穿越。结合工程实例,通过自然条件的对比,论述了沉管穿越施工中管道预制方法、漂管方式、沉管方式、配重方式、沟底回填和护岸水工保护等方面的技术。三大中型条河流在地形地貌、水下地质条件、水文条件等自然条件上均有很大差异,因此沉管施工方案也各有不同,具有很强的针对性可为同类工程施工提供借鉴。
The technology of pipeline sinking is frequently applied to gas pipeline construction.In the Guangxi gas pipeline project, the technology of pipeline sinking has been employed for the Jiuzhou River, Yujiang River and Hongshui River crossing projects.The three rivers have great differences in natural conditions such as topography, underwater geological conditions, and hydrological conditions.Therefore, the schemes for pipeline sinking construction are also different, and shall be developed specifically.Through the comparison of natural conditions and combining actual engineering cases, this paper discusses the technologies from various aspects such as methods for pipeline prefabrication, pipe floating, pipe sinking and counterweight, backfilling at trench bottom and hydraulic bank protection in the construction of pipe sinking.The technology provides reference for similar engineering construction.
