海上平台管壳式天然气冷却器的管程内部因被海生物、污泥及垢物等堵塞,而出现换热效率降低、影响外输气质和装置安全使用的问题。为了提高天然气冷却器的换热效率,通过试验研究优选低浓度柠檬酸液作为清洗剂,并设计了在线酸洗相应工艺流程。经现场试验表明,在线酸洗与传统的高压清洗相比清洗效果基本一致,施工时不需要关停单套天然气冷却器,同时还降低了作业风险,节约了人力和作业成本。天然气冷却器在线酸洗便捷了冷却器的清洗工作,并为海上其他气田设施提供了借鉴,极具推广潜力,为此类工作的开展提供有力的佐证。
In offshore platform, the tube side of the shell-and-tube gas cooler is blocked by marine organisms, sludge and scales, which resulted in lowered heat exchange efficiency, poor quality of export gas and safety issues for plant.Through experimental research, the process of online pickling was designed, with the low-concentration citric acid solution as cleaning agent.Field tests showed that the effect of online pickling and traditional high-pressure cleaning were basically the same.Moreover, the online pickling doesn’t requires the shutdown of a single set of natural gas cooler, and also reduces operation risks and saves the cost of manpower and operation.Theonline pickling technology for natural gas cooler facilitates the cleaning of cooler, and with great potential for promotion, provides experience and basis for similar works in other offshore gas field facilities.
