多元热流体吞吐技术对渤海稠油油藏的开采具有较好的适用性,但前期作业中未考虑注采参数、选井原则等因素对开采效果的影响,其在增产方面仍有上升空间。为了进一步提高多元热流体吞吐开采稠油油藏的经济效益,建立了基于渤海A稠油油田的油藏数值模型,在数值模拟结果的基础上,利用灰色关联度的数学方法得到了注采参数的敏感性排序,研究了关键注采参数和地层主要参数对油藏开采效果的影响规律,形成了最优注采参数组合和地层选井原则。计算得到了注采参数的敏感性排序为:注入温度>蒸汽注入强度>焖井时间>复合气体注入强度>地层压力>注汽速度。形成了地层选井原则:油藏厚度≥10 m、长水平井段、渗透率≥ 3 000×10-3 μm2、正韵律地层。基于研究成果开展的6井次现场试验表明研究成果符合油藏实际,可获得较好的开采效果。
The technology of multi-element thermal fluid stimulation had good applicability in Bohai Sea.The influence of injection production parameters, well selection principles and other factors on the production effect had not been considered in the preliminary operation, and there was still room to increase production.In order to improve the economic benefits of multi-element thermal fluid stimulation in heavy oil reservoir, a reservoir numerical model based on Bohai A heavy oil field was established.Based on the results of numerical simulation, the sensitivity ranking of injection-production parameters was obtained by using the mathematical method of grey correlation degree.The effects of key injection-production parameters and main formation parameters on reservoir production were studied,and the optimal combination of injection-production parameters and formation well selection principle were formed.The ranking of sensitivity of injection-production parameters was: injection temperature > steam injection intensity > well plugging time > composite gas injection intensity > formation pressure > steam injection velocity.The well selection principles were as follows:reservoir thickness≥10m, long horizontal well section, permeability≥3000md, positive rhythm formation.The field test of 6 wells based on the research results showed that the research results were in line with the actual situation of the reservoir and could obtain better production effect.
