- 摘要:
为了避免海洋平台发电机海水冷却器发生泄漏事故,针对某海洋平台发生主机海水冷却器泄漏事故展开分析,首先从运行工况、腐蚀形貌和标准规范角度进行宏观事故分析,然后从腐蚀机理对钝化膜的失效破坏展开深入分析,给出了诱发腐蚀的环境因素及腐蚀成因,即在密闭不流动海水环境下管束内形成沉积物,沉积物及周围局部发生氧浓差反应,使换热器管束表面钝化膜破坏失效产生点蚀穿孔。根据分析结果,提出基于钛材的双层套管式换热器的系统性防泄漏解决方案,为后续海洋平台主电站海水冷却器的设计与选型提供理论基础和依据。
As for the leakage occurred to the main seawater cooler on a platform in Bohai sea, firstly macroscopic fault-tree analysis was conducted from the perspectives of operating conditions, corrosion morphology and standard specifications.Then, the failure and damage of the passivation film was analyzed from the corrosion mechanism.The environmental factors and corrosion causes were presented as follows:the sediment is formed in the tube bundle under the closed and non-flowing seawater and oxygen concentration difference reaction occurs around the deposit,which makes the passivation film on the tube bundle surface of the heat exchanger fail and produce pitting corrosion and perforation.Based on the analysis results and the application of a large number of projects, a leakproof solution for the heat exchanger with dual-layer sleeve based on titanium is proposed,providing theoretical basis for the design and selection of seawater cooler for the main power station on the offshore platform.
