随着国家对能源开发增储扩能的布局,越来越多的酸性气藏投入开发,对井下管柱防腐及腐蚀监测技术的需求日益凸显。为了有计划地监测管柱腐蚀状态,利用具有方便经济并更接近生产实际特点的井下腐蚀挂片技术对在役井管柱的腐蚀状况进行监测,并建立现场监测、实验室分析、腐蚀数据库管理并行的油套管腐蚀监测与管理关键技术,通过实验数据对比验证了系统的可行性。通过监测摸清不同生产工况下管柱腐蚀的机理、速率、位置,可为选择合理的修井作业时机提供直接依据,便于提出针对性强的防腐措施和方向,大大降低井下腐蚀监测和处理成本,减少大修作业频次,同时可根据腐蚀预测结果开展预防性维保,对油气井安全生产具有重要意义。
With the storage upgrading and expansion of energy development in China, an increasing number of acid gas reservoirs have been put into development,and there is an urgent need for the technology of control and monitoring for downhole pipe string corrosion.In this paper, the technology of downhole corrosion coupon is presented to monitor the corrosion of string in service,and the technology for casing corrosion monitoring and control, with site monitoring, lab analysis and corrosion database management, is established.The feasibility of system is verified according to data comparison in lab.Through monitoring, the mechanism, rate, and location of pipe string corrosion under different production conditions have been clarified, which provides direct basis for the selection of a favorable workover timing.And a targeted anticorrosive measures will be promoted to reduce the cost of downhole corrosion monitoring considerably. The frequency of overhaul will also be decreased, and at the same time preventive maintenance based on the prediction of corrosion is also of great significance to the safety of oil and gas wells.
