近年来,通过岸电为海上石油平台供电的技术方案,逐渐被引用到近岸海上油田的开发计划当中。相对于海洋石油平台自供电来说,岸电供电具有一定的技术优势和经济优势。但是,岸电工程中新的海底电缆路由规划有时会穿越港口航道,如何根据港口航道的特点设计海底电缆敷设方案,是提升施工效率、缩短航道禁航时间以及减少经济损失的关键。以渤海油田某岸电工程为背景,介绍了岸电工程中2条海底电缆穿越港口航道区的施工方法。该方法利用港口航道区正在进行改造的海底管道路由,首先在海底管道的管沟内完成穿越航道段海底电缆预敷设与防护,待海底电缆路由使用权批准后,敷设剩余的电缆,再使用电缆接头连接整条海底电缆,完成电缆跨越航道施工。此方法成功指导了工程实践,可为类似海底电缆穿越航道工程提供借鉴。
In recent years, the technical scheme of shore power supply for offshore oil platform is gradually applied to the development plan of offshore oil field.Compared with the self-powered supply of offshore oil platform,shore power supply has certain technical and economic edges.However, the new submarine cable route planning in shore power engineering may cross the port channel for some cases.It is very important if we could find a right way for submarine cable laying scheme according to its characteristic of port channel,which will improve construction efficiency, reduce navigation ban time with less economic loss.Based on a shore power project in Bohai Oilfield,this paper introduces the construction method of two submarine cables crossing the port channel area in shore power engineering.This method makes use of the submarine pipeline route which is being reconstructed in the port channel area.First of all, the pre-laying and protection of the submarine cable in the trench of the submarine pipeline shall be finished, and the remaining cables could be laid upon the approval of usage right for submarine cable route.After that, the whole submarine cable shall be connected with cable joint to completethe crossing.This method successfully guides the engineering practice and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
