模块化建造模式的不断推进,对海外油气工程项目投资计算模式影响较大。为了科学合理地进行海外油气工程投资,有必要分析模块化建造模式对海外油气工程项目投资的影响。研究模块化建造时,一般只强调降低成本的单一优点,不能完全反映现实情况,通过对模块化建造模式下投资计算模式、设备费计取、建筑安装工程费、工程其他费的影响分析,以及对传统建造模式与模块化建造模式下某联合站集输系统输油泵模块投资差异的实证分析,总结出模块化建造模式下进行海外油气工程项目投资工作的建议。投资工作的建议包括注重模块化组装对工程项目设计采购制造成本的影响、加强模块化建造模式下成本价格库的积累、加强运输起重对工程项目投资的影响分析、注重项目全生命周期成本分析等。从项目全生命周期角度,针对模块化对投资的影响进行全面分析,可以提高建设单位的投资效益。

The modular construction, with its constant advancement, has had a great impact on the investment calculation model for overseas oil and gas engineering projects.In order to do a good job in investing in overseas oil and gas projects in a scientific and reasonable manner,it is necessaryto analyze the impact of the modular construction model on investment in overseas oil and gas engineering projects.Generally, the advantages such as cost reduction are emphasized only,which cannot truly reflect the actual situation.Through the analysis on the investment calculation mode, equipment cost calculation, construction and installation costs,other costs ,and empirical analysis onthe investment differences between traditional and modular construction of the oil delivery pump in a gathering station are analyzed,and the advices are given to implement good investment in overseas oil and gas projects under modularization from the perspective of the impact on design, procurement and manufacturing costs, the accumulation of cost price database, the impact of transportation & lifting methods, and full life cycle cost analysis.Finally, a comprehensive analysis on the impact of modular investment from the perspective of full life cycle of the project can improve the investment efficiency of the construction company.
