- 组块安装是海洋平台建设中的一个非常关键的环节。大型组块在海洋油气工程中的应用日趋广泛,采用浮托安装法技术成熟。与分块吊装法相比,浮托法安装具有明显的优势,包括大幅度节约船舶资源、安装工期以及海上连接调试工期等。浮托安装法实施工期与采用时现场海况、施工准备情况等诸多因素有关,如何准确把握作业气候窗口,顺利按时完成安装工作,是项目管理的重中之重。以已安装完成并投产的东方13-2CEPB组块为例,对大型组块浮托安装方法和步骤进行研究,并对实施周期进行定量评估,得到一种大型组块浮托安装工期定量评估方法,具有一定的推广意义。
The topside installation is a major part of the platform construction.The large topside has broad application with mature floating-over technology in offshore oil and gas engineering.Compared with lifting installation, it has obvious advantages in significantly saving ship resources, reducing installation and offshore hook-up and commissioning duration.The duration for float-over installation depends on factors such as the sea condition and the construction preparation.How to accurately seize the operation climate window to complete the installation work on time is the top priority of the project management.With the DF13-2CEPB topside that has been installed and commissioned as an example, this paper studies the method and procedures to the large topside float-over installation, and makes a quantitative evaluation for the implementation duration. Finally, a quantitative method for the evaluation of large marine platform topside float-over installation duration has been obtained, which is of great significance for promotion.
