- 页岩气井开发初期产量高,大部分井直接采用空套管投产,可有效带液生产。在放压放产生产制度下,井口压力快速降到输压,然后出现带液生产异常,井筒积液、甚至水淹停产,造成气井生命周期急剧降低。为此必须下入生产油管并实施后续排水采气工艺。针对生产后期的低压小产阶段积液问题,开展井筒积液诊断技术研究,结合大量现场应用分析,探索页岩气井中后期积液规律,提出生产油管的下入时机、油管规格尺寸及管柱结构、下入深度等优选管柱技术要求,以及后续经济有效的平台整体泡排自动加注技术、柱塞举升工艺的排水采气措施。现场应用情况表明,气井实施泡排工艺后增产气量达22%,实施柱塞工艺可减缓气井采气递减率。目前初步形成了“高效、安全、经济”的页岩气井排采工艺技术,有效提高了国内页岩气的整体开发水平。
In the initial stage of shale gas well development, the production is high, and most of the wells are put into production directly with empty casing, which can effectively work with liquid.Under the production system of pressure release, wellhead pressure quickly drops to the transportation pressure, and then abnormal production with liquid occurs, resulting in fluid accumulation in wellbore, or even water logging and finally a sharp decrease in the life cycle of gas wells.Therefore, it is necessary to put into production the tubing and carry out subsequent drainage & gas recovery process.For production of low pressure miscarried in the late stage, research on wellbore effusion diagnosis technology is conducted and combined with a large number of field application analysis, the law of the shale gas effusion at middle and later periods is explored.Technical requirements such as the timing, size, structure and depth of tubing are proposed, and follow-up foam drainage and injection technique, drainage gas recovery of plunger lifting technique are also presented.According to the field application, the gas production can be increased up to 22% after using foam drainage technique, and the application of plunger lifting technique can slow down the decline rate of gas production.At present, an efficient, safe and economical shale gas well drainage and production technique has been preliminarily formed, which has effectively improved the overall domestic development level of shale gas.
