- 油井管在服役过程中会同时受到力学因素、环境因素和介质因素的影响。以P 110钢为例,为探究多因素共存条件对P 110钢CO2腐蚀的影响,采用正交试验方法同时结合电化学测试手段研究了在饱和CO2环境中基于“压应力—温度—NaCl”共存条件下P 110钢的电化学行为。结果表明:在“压应力—温度—NaCl”共存条件下,温度对P 110钢电化学行为的影响最为显著,随着温度的增加P 110钢CO2腐蚀过程的电化学反应速率不断增大;NaCl和压应力对P 110钢电化学行为的影响远不及温度对其的影响,但二者的影响程度较为接近,随着NaCl含量的增加,P 110钢CO2腐蚀过程的电化学反应速率先增大后减小,拐点处的临界NaCl含量为3.5%。随着压应力的增加P 110钢CO2腐蚀过程的电化学反应速率同样呈现先增大后减小的规律,拐点处的临界压应力为90%σs。因此,应多关注服役于“压应力—温度—NaCl”共存条件下的P 110钢在高温下CO2腐蚀带来的失效风险。
The oil well pipe will be affected by mechanical factors, environmental factors and media factors at the same time during its service.Taking P110 steel as an example, in order to explore the influence of multi-factor coexistence conditions on CO2corrosion of P110 steel,the electrochemical behavior of P110 steel based on the condition of coexistence of "Compressive Stress-Temperature-NaCl" in saturated CO2environment was investigated by orthogonal test and electrochemical measurement methods.The results show that the effect of temperature on the electrochemical behavior of P110 steel is most significant in the condition of coexistence of "Compressive Stress-Temperature-NaCl",and the electrochemical reaction rate of CO2corrosion process of P110 steel increases with the rise of temperature.The effect of NaCl and compressive stress on electrochemical behavior of P110 steel is far less than that of temperature,but the influence degree of them is close.With the increase of NaCl content, the electrochemical reaction rate of CO2corrosion process of P110 steel increases first and then decreases,and the critical NaCl content at the inflection point is 3.5%.With the increase of compressive stress, the electrochemical reaction rate of CO2corrosion process of P110 steel also increases first and then decreases,and the critical compressive stress at the inflection point is 90%σs.Therefore, more attention should be paid to the failure risk caused by CO2corrosion at high temperature for P110 steel serving in the conditions of coexistence of "Compressive Stress-Temperature-NaCl".
