- 随着油气田的不断开发,开采环境变得越来越恶劣,油气田开采面临高温、高压和高含硫的难题。高温高压酸性油气井井下生产管柱将遭受高温、高压、H2S、CO2、高浓度Cl-、元素S、低pH值的酸化液以及溴化物为主的封隔液等复杂腐蚀工况的挑战。常规的碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢难以满足日趋恶劣的开采环境,而钛合金材料具有高比强度、低弹性模量、各向同性和优异的耐蚀性能,成为高温高压酸性油气井重要的候选材料之一。钛合金材料牌号近100种,最早用于航空航天领域,20世纪80年代,国外开始探索钛合金在石油行业的应用,但国内起步较晚,钛合金在高温高压酸性油气工况下的腐蚀数据较为匮乏。通过对近30年国际上对钛合金在高温高压酸性油气井的试验数据进行总结研究,并根据研究成果提出了高温高压酸性油气井采用钛合金材料时的相关建议,以期为国内高温高压酸性油气田钛合金的推广应用提供参考。
The environment for oil and gas exploration will be harsher with the constant exploration of oil and gas field. There are challenges such as high temperature (HT), high pressure (HP) and high H2S.Tubing string for HTHP sour wells will be subject to impacts from production conditions with HT, HP, H2S, CO2, high Cl—, S, and acidizing condition with low pH, and packer fluid service with bromide.So, conventional carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel fail to meet the above conditions.Titanium alloys, characterized by high specific strength, low elastic modulus, isotropy and excellent corrosion resistance, are one of the promising candidate.There are 100 kinds of titanium alloys now by their material designations,which were applied first totheaerospace field and not used forthepetroleum industry until the1980s.However, the research for titanium alloys was not initiated domestically for oil and gas field until 2010s in China.So the corrosion information of titanium alloys for HTHP sour service are very insufficient.In this paper, the existing test results of titanium alloys published in the last 3 decades are summarized, and recommendation of titanium alloys for HTHP sour service are proposed as well according to research achievements.It is a good reference for the application of titanium alloys to HTHP sour oil and gas field.
