- 广西LNG接收站的污水处理装置主要为接收站处理生产和生活污水,是工艺流程配套设施部分,对接收站正常生产和生活有一定的影响。随着接收站的投产,污水处理装置在使用过程中出现了油污过多、微生物活性偏低、进水不连续、曝气量不能调节以及部分材料未进行及时更换等问题。针对这些问题进行了分析研究并采取了改造措施:在污水处理装置上新增了隔油池和污泥回流泵,减少了油污,实现污泥回流;加装调节阀实现曝气调节;更换了纤维球过滤器和组合填料;提升自吸泵的上水速率;优化自动化控制部分。这些措施不仅提高了现场自动化运行能力及污水处理能力,而且使得产生的污水满足了生化处理要求,提高了微生物的活性,处理后的污水各项指标均满足标准规范,达到污水处理装置改造目的。该研究结果可为同类污水处理装置后期的运行维护提供借鉴。
Guangxi LNG receiving station is located in Tieshan Port District of Beihai City, Guangxi. The gasified natural gas of LNG transported by ocean is sent to users through long distance pipeline.The sewage treatment system is a part of the auxiliary facilities of the process for the treatment of production and domestic sewage at the receiving station,but it poses influence on the normal production of the receiving station and lifeof the staff.At present, with the commissioning of the receiving station, the sewage treatment plant has been plagued by issues such as excessive oil pollution, low microbial activity, discontinuous water intake, unregulated aeration and untimely replacement of some materials.After analyzing and researching these problems, we add a new oil separator and sludge reflux pump to the sewage treatment plant in order to reduce oil pollution and realize sludge reflux;a control valve is added as well to achieve aeration regulation;a fibre ball filter and composite filler are replaced;the water uptake rate of the self-priming pump is increased;at the same time, the automation control is optimized to improve the field automation operation and the sewage treatment capacity, and make the produced sewage meet the requirements of biochemical treatment, improve the activity of microorganisms.Each indicator of sewage after treatment meets the standards and specifications.
