- 页岩气指主要聚集在富含有机质的暗色泥页岩、泥岩中,以吸附或游离状态为主要存在方式的非常规天然气资源,具有产量递减快、压力衰减快等非常规特性,导致页岩气田地面工程建设过程中存在地面系统适应性差、地面工程规划设计难度大、地面设备投资高、建设周期长等难点问题。基于CN页岩气田地面建设现状,分析CN页岩气田地面建设难点,进行CN页岩气田地面建设界面划分,提出了一套适应CN页岩气田的“滚动开发+井工厂+六化”地面建设模式,解决地面建设矛盾,缩短地面建设周期,降低地面建设成本,应用效果显著,为页岩气田地面工程建设模式提供借鉴。
Shale gas refers to unconventional natural gas resources that mainly accumulate in dark shale formation and mudstone rich in organic matter, in the form of adsorption or free state. Shale gas has unconventional characteristics such as rapid decline in production and fast pressure decay, whichexposes challenges such as poor adaptability or turn-down ratio of the surface facilities, difficulty in planning the surface facilities engineering, high capital cost in surface equipment, and long construction duration during the development of shale gas field surface facilities engineering. Therefore, based on the overview of the surface facilities development of the CN shale gas field, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the surface development of the CN shale gas field, divides the facilities groups based on surface development interface, and proposes a set of "rolling development + wellhead facilities + six engineering standardisations" mode of development suitable for the CN shale gas field. ( The six engineering standardisations include standard process design for surface facilities, standard modular design for different process groups, standard skids design for equipment systems, standard equipment system sizes for different categories of process duties, digitalisation of operation management and integrated design of process systems. )The study optimizes the surface facilities development mode, shortens the construction cycle, lowers the capital cost for surface facilities engineering. From the good application experience on CN shale gas field, this development mode provides reference for the surface facilities engineering design and development of domestic shale gas fields.
